The download and usage of the iFeedback® Terminal-App is free of charge. If you want to design and run your own survey, we offer two pricing models. You can make use of a 30-day survey for a one-time cost of 99 EUR. After the period of 30 days, the provision of the iFeedback® services will automatically end after the 30-day period. For a survey over a longer period of time you can sign up for a 12-month subscription for 19.99 EUR per month. The subscription automatically renews for another 12 months if it is not cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the current subscription expiring. It is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription. You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.
